	About ARD				The Akobo project
	Abyssinia Resources Development AS (ARD) is an early stage exploration company focusing on gold projects in Ethiopia. ARD has currently ongoing operations through its subsidiary Etno Mining Plc in the Akobo region with a local organisation of 50 employees. ARD is a Norwegian limited company (VPS registered) established in 2009 by people with long experience from the public mining sector in Ethiopia and from the Norwegian oil service industry.				The Akobo project is a 500 sq km large area in the Akobo region situated in the South-Western area of Ethiopia. The area belongs to the low land of the Akobo Basin characterized and dominated by savannah grass covered flat terrain. ARD holds a 3 year exploration license and a 20 year large scale mining license in the area. Up to date placer exploration have proven significant alluvial gold reserves, and ARD geologists have also identified several potential primary gold areas. ARD continues to seek new opportunities in the surrounding area, updates will follow.
